If this is still not tolerated a seated version can be used to begin.
Level 2 Single leg raise
Once tolerated a single leg raise inceases load. Use a stick or wall for balance. Can be performed on our ROUND 2 version also.
Level 3+ Single leg raise with additional weight
As load tolerance improves on single leg raise a gradual increase in weight is used by holding a weight in one hand. Use a stick or wall for balance.
