Melatine is a patented hydrolysed keratin from black sheep wool that is rich in melanin and is able to stimulate melanogenesis and gradually helps hair roots to restore natural colour and therefore fights against the premature aging of hair through the stimulation of the hair bulb and melanocytes. Clinical studies show Melatine is able to significantly darkens hair colour by up to 13% after 120 days (4 months).
Catalase
Buildup of Hydrogen Peroxide in the scalp leads to the fading of the hair pigmentation, which results in hair greying. Catalase is an enzyme that breaks down hydrogen peroxide, hence preventing grey hair. As we age, less catalase is produced in the body.
