To stop Supination, place the heel wedges with the thickest edge on the outside edge of the shoes.To stop Over Pronation, place the heel wedges with the thickest edge on the inner edge of the shoes

Fits A Wide Variety Of Footwear

Soul Insole Heel Wedges can be used in sandals, dress shoes and athletic shoes. They have a secure adhesion, yet can be moved from shoe to shoe. This is a great example of placement for supination vs. pronation.

Can Also Fit Underneath a Shoe Liner

To attach these heel wedges to the underside of a shoe liner, simply pull out the liner, flip the wedges upside down and stick them to the liner. Just make sure the thick edge is still on the outer edge for supinators or inner edge for over pronators.

Heel Wedges provide posting which helps to tilt the foot to a more balanced, neutral position. The most important part about the heel wedges is the angle/degree of tilt, and the height of the thickest edge, therefore this design will work for a very wide range of shoe sizes. The thickest edge is 1/4in and the degree of tilt is 6.34°.
