This bundle includes one Seamless Compresso-T and one pair of Seamless Sensitivity Socks. Compresso-T features a seamless torso, soft edging, and extra-wide shoulder straps. Seamless Sensitivity Socks feature a non-binding Halo Top that eliminates irritating indentations, as well as a “no heel” design to allow growing kids to wear the socks longer. Both products are made from high-tech fibers that are designed to wick away moisture, making them cool, comfortable and preventing odors.

Tips for Understanding Compresso-T Sizing

The important thing to remember is that the Compresso-T is supposed to fit tightly – even tighter than a sports compression shirt. It’s that tight hug that makes it so comforting. In fact, many customers receive their shirt and think that there is no way it will fit on their child. But, Compresso-T is VERY stretchy and is designed to fit snug. As long as you have properly measured your child’s torso, the shirt will fit. (If you need help, refer to the size chart or the video in the image carousel. And when in doubt, size up.)

That said, it’s important to size it right. Follow these steps to find the right fit.

Choosing the Correct Size

Measure around the fullest part of the chest. Arms should be relaxed and tape should be parallel to the floor and not too tight.

No measuring tape? You can use a piece of string or tape together strips of paper to measure around the child’s chest. Then flatten and measure with a flat ruler.

Reference our size chart. Your child’s chest circumference in inches will correspond to the size chart. You should be able to put a hand between your child’s body and the Compresso-T and pull your hand away a little bit. The length of the Compresso-T should reach your child’s hip bone.

Tips for Understanding Seamless Sensitivity Socks

Finding the correct size for your child is actually very easy if you use the size chart (also found in the image carousel) and follow these easy steps.

Sizing Note – SmartKnitKIDS socks run a little small. If you’re unsure of what size to order, we recommend you go with the larger size.

Choosing the Correct Size

First, find your child’s shoe size in the Size column on the left. Next, determine if your child prefers Knee High Socks, Crew Socks or Ankle Socks and find the correct column among the three other columns. Finally, select the proper size where the two meet.

The SmartKnitKIDS Story

SmartKnitKIDS is a brand of family-owned textile manufacturer Knit-Rite, LLC. Our products are proudly made in the USA in our own manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Kansas. Our unique facility has special knitting machines that allow us to knit our products seamlessly. This was a must in our original world of orthotics and prosthetics, where we have a long history.

In 2003, Knit-Rite began receiving requests from parents for a completely seamless sock. We learned from these parents that their children struggled with socks because of bumps, seams, ouchies, etc. They all seemed to have their own name for these irritations and they just were not comfortable. Parents told us that any other “seamless” sock that they found had a flat or hand-linked seam across the toes. To a sensitive child, this was still a big irritation. There was still a toe seam, and this led to morning after morning of meltdowns over wearing socks. With nearly a century of medical textile expertise under our belt, Knit-Rite knew we could help. We used this parent feedback to create a patented 100% seamless sock with added comfort features for sensitive feet. And seam-sensitive children all across the country (and then the world) could finally feel comfortable in their socks!

But, this innovation didn’t stop at socks! Oh no! We took this ball and rolled, creating seamless and elastic free undies and a bralette, because this was another area where parents found that they struggled with their seam sensitive children. And the ball continued to roll with our seamless compression shirt, Compresso-T and our compression arm sleeves, which act as a barrier between sensitive skin and annoying and irritating seams, AND provide a comforting, soothing “hug” to children who respond differently to various stimuli.

Along the way, and as our first little customers began to grow up, we realized a need for seamless products for older children and adults as well. This has led to our BigKid seamless socks and our seamless socks for adults, which are great people with diabetes, arthritis, as well as those sensitive kids that grew up!

Every day we hear from parents who tell us how our products changed their lives – how their children’s daily struggles and meltdowns quickly melted away when they got rid of the bumps, seams or ouchies. We love to hear this! Because for us, it’s all in a day’s work. It goes right back to our mission of improving lives with our products every single day!
